Hertz Zora – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Hertz Zora, a digital automation and AI-powered platform operated under the Hertz Group. By accessing or using Hertz Zora, you agree fully to these Terms. Review them carefully before continuing.
1. Definitions
1.1 "Hertz Zora" refers to the automation and AI tool platform providing intelligent workflows, content generation tools, integrations, and related digital services.
1.2 "User" refers to any individual or organization creating an account or using Hertz Zora services.
1.3 "Services" include automation features, AI modules, workflow builders, integrations, dashboards, and all tools provided through the Hertz Zora platform.
1.4 "Platform" refers to the official Hertz Zora website, dashboard, APIs, and related systems owned by the Hertz Group.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Users must be at least 18 years old to access Hertz Zora.
2.2 Users must have legal capacity to form binding agreements under applicable law.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Users must provide accurate information during registration to ensure secure platform access.
3.2 Hertz Zora may verify identity for compliance and security purposes.
3.3 Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and all associated activity.
4. Service Description
4.1 Hertz Zora provides intelligent automation tools for workflow management, content generation, analytics, and system integrations.
4.2 Services may include AI-driven assistants, automated task pipelines, data synchronization tools, and cloud-based management interfaces.
4.3 Hertz Zora may introduce new modules, features, or integrations at any time based on platform requirements.
4.4 Service availability may vary depending on subscription type and user permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Users must not use the platform to automate harmful, illegal, deceptive, or abusive actions.
5.2 Users must not attempt to bypass platform restrictions, tamper with systems, or misuse automation capabilities.
5.3 AI-generated outputs remain the user’s responsibility. Hertz Zora is not liable for actions taken based on automated results.
5.4 Scripts, workflows, or integrations uploaded by users must be lawful and free of malicious behavior.
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Certain Hertz Zora features require an active paid subscription.
6.2 Subscription fees must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
6.3 Payments are non-refundable unless stated within the Refund Policy.
6.4 Hertz Zora reserves the right to adjust pricing based on platform improvements or market changes.
7. Platform Availability
7.1 Hertz Zora aims to maintain high uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7.2 Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service access.
7.3 System outages caused by external events may affect performance.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
8.1 All content, software, and branding within Hertz Zora belong to the Hertz Group.
8.2 Users retain ownership of any custom workflows or automation scripts they create.
8.3 Users must not copy, redistribute, or modify platform assets without written permission.
8.4 AI tools provided within Hertz Zora operate under licensed technology frameworks.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Hertz Zora is not responsible for damages resulting from user actions, automation misuse, or integration errors.
9.2 The platform does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.
9.3 Hertz Zora is provided “as is,” and performance may vary depending on user configurations.
10. Suspension and Termination
10.1 Hertz Zora may suspend accounts engaged in violations, fraudulent activity, or system abuse.
10.2 Users may terminate their subscription at any time. Termination does not grant refunds unless specified.
10.3 Once terminated, platform access and stored workflows may be permanently removed.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka unless local regulations dictate otherwise.
11.2 All disputes shall be resolved under the relevant Sri Lankan courts or arbitration frameworks.
12. Changes to Terms
12.1 Hertz Zora may modify these Terms at any time to reflect platform updates or legal obligations.
12.2 Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
